   • Access is considered “used” once delivered via email or account login,
   • Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Payment Issues
   If you experience technical problems accessing the Masterclass or digital content, please contact us through the Site’s contact form. We will assist in restoring access but do not provide refunds.

3. Duplicate Purchases
   If a duplicate payment occurs due to technical error, please contact us within 7 days. We may issue a refund for the duplicate charge after verification.
